Today I finally finished my pewter casting pendant and it took me 17 days to finish it at hard material tech at Tamaki College. My cross is shiny but it still has a few scratch marks on it. I chose this shape because it was easy to do and it looks cool. I have made this shape just for myself.

The Warriors are now struggling to make top 8 after losing badly to the Roosters. Sonny Bill Williams has returned to play rugby again for the Roosters..
I think if Sonny Bill was in the Warriors team they would’ve won the game. I also thought that the Warriors were going to win against the Roosters but the Roosters thrashed them like they were nothing.

The New Zealand Rugby Union has announced that it is suspending all fireworks at their games. The new rule comes after on-field fireworks at the Bledisloe Cup injured three people. The three were struck by debris when the fireworks ignited following the All Black haka.
NZRU chief executive Steve Tew said fireworks displays are off until the cause is known. He said it would be foolish to put anything on unless spectator safety can be completely guaranteed. The company involved, Van Tiel Pyrotechnics- said it has been setting up displays for the All Blacks for more than 10 years without any incident.

Fireworks are banned from Rugby union because three people got injured from them. The NZRU is trying to find out what happened. The All Blacks have had firework displays for 10 years without any incidents.
I think the fireworks shouldn’t be banned from the rugby pre-show because it actually makes the game more exciting.

WhyWhoWhenWhatWhere
The 2014/15 English Premier League has started with the favourites, Chelsea and Manchester City, both starting with victories. Chelsea overcame newly promoted Burnley to win 3-1 while Manchester City beat Newcastle.
Manchester United started the season with a shock 2-1 home loss to Swansea. Their new manager Louis van Gaal not happy with the way his team coped with the pressure. United had been in good form, having an unbeaten pre-season tour of the United States beating rivals Liverpool and European champions Real Madrid.
Meanwhile New Zealand striker Chris Wood became only the second kiwi to score in the Premier League after scoring in Leicester City’s 2-2 draw with Everton. Woods strike came with only 4 minutes of normal time remaining.
When I grow up I want to be a Soccer star. I think the players should stop hurting the other players and causing too many injuries.

New Zealand Views Supermoon
Sky Gazers around New Zealand were able to glimpse a ‘super moon’ last night. Last night was a full moon and was the closest and the largest of 2014. The moon won’t pass as close to the earth again until September 2015.
For those that could see last night’s full moon its large size was due to the moon falling close to the perigee, (the moon's closest point to the earth.) The Met service said that the east of the island enjoyed the best viewing conditions due to a lack of clouds.

New Zealand also observed it’s warmest June since national records began in 1909. Scientists have noticed that sea iced up in the Arctic slower than normal for June, and was nearly five per cent below the 1981-2010 average.
Our world is heating up. Which causes global warming and can happen several times.
